In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "da222" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at da222.io, including all associated web pages, features, tools, and services.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by a user on the da222 platform.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered an account on da222 or who accesses the platform in any capacity.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

da222 reserves the right to suspend any account where the information provided appears to be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise inconsistent with our verification records. In such cases, da222 will request supporting documentation before reinstating full account access.

da222 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and USDT (via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for BDT payment methods. Minimum USDT deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change based on network conditions.
• All deposits are credited to your account in BDT unless you have selected USDT as your account currency. Currency conversion rates applied to non-BDT deposits are determined by da222 at the time of transaction and are final.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. da222 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated betting activity may be voided.
• da222 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which da222 accepts no liability.
• da222 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on a per-player, per-day, per-week, or per-month basis for responsible gaming or fraud prevention purposes.

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds remaining in the account.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. da222 reserves the right to require matching of withdrawal method and deposit method as an anti-money-laundering control.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• da222 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the selected payment method and is outside da222's direct control once the transaction has been dispatched.
• da222 reserves the right to perform identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant relative to deposit history.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the specific promotion under which those funds were awarded. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be removed from the account upon withdrawal request.
• In the event that a player requests a withdrawal that triggers a review, da222 may temporarily place a hold on the withdrawal while the review is conducted. da222 will communicate the reason for any such hold and the expected resolution timeline.

da222 offers promotional bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match offers, and other incentives to players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game categories, and geographic restrictions, will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus must be wagered twenty times).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the da222 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal information to register or operate an account.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

da222 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and transactions, and to report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the da222 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, user interface design, software, game assets supplied under licence from third-party providers, and any other material — is the property of da222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the da222 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any da222 content without express prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms limits da222's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which da222 operates.

Any dispute arising between a player and da222 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with da222 support shall be referred to binding arbitration. Players agree to pursue any claim on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or consolidated proceeding against da222.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law that cannot be waived by contractual agreement.
